Pros
The senior managment team is very open and really cares about their employees. All the benefits are great to only make the employees work life better. Everyone in the team is super easy to talk to, and everyone all work very well together.
Cons
If you are not a quick learner and are open to learn new things every day, this is not a place for you. Every day there will be new things to learn about and things move very fast, so you need to have the right attitude for it.
