      Pros

      lot of money invested here. Salary not a constraint. Wont see any management equal to this. Before joining this companies do ask employees if they are happy here.

      Cons

      Never expect a literate guy from Management side. Worst leave policies. Worst infrastructure. Try to have conversation in English with top mgt people till u get job which might be a tough thing to crack.

      Continental looks out for its employees/contractors. Great pay. Great communication. Great contracts. Pay is on time. Great response time.
