      Easy to get a job. Something to keep you afloat while you find a real job.

      Cons

      You'll never see any scope of career advancement. The compensation is embarrassingly low. Close to none benefits. You'll be hired as a field engineer and in a month's span you'll realize you are just a pen paper holder that is sent on to the field projects.
