Pros
Contessa has a vibrant atmosphere of employees that trust each other and are all extremely bought in to the mission of changing healthcare for the better. All of the people I've worked with have been supportive and competent, and the managers trust their employees to be accountable for themselves, rather than micromanage. This is a great place to work!
Cons
Contessa is a startup, so you're probably going to be trading the most competitive salary for the opportunity to move up quickly and earn more later.
