Pros
Conterize is an awesome startup to work with. The team is very vibrant and ambitious from the founder down to the freelancers they onboard. Conterize puts in so much work to accept freelancers into their platform. They are the kind of company young people will like to work with is there is open communication and suggestion of ideas between the the founders and team members. Everyone opinion about the direction of Conterize.com is considered. The founders welcome new ideas and are fast to take decisions. Conterize is simply the kind of company young people would like to work with. Everyone is allowed to work remotely. It does not matter which state you are residing as long as you are delivering result and taking part in periodical video calls and meetings through zoom you are good to go. I enjoy the few months I spent working with the team at Conterize even though I was just a part time contractor.
Cons
The cons is that sometimes you are overburden with lot of task to do. It is a small team so this is understandable but again the founders like to make sure sure tasks and projects are completed on time and some time well ahead of schedule. I honestly think that this can easily be solved if the founders decide to employ more people to assist with product design and other development updates on the platform.
