The management quality degraded drastically over time, particularly with execs brought in by investors that have inappropriate and at times downright abusive behaviors towards their employees. There's basically no career growth possible for anyone. Instead of promoting they focus on hiring. Often they hire managers without teams, and take months upon months to get them to hire a team. They shy away from difficult conversations. Often they'll leave people in very awkward positions without any kind of responsibility and wait out until they leave, or have critical positions only filled by one overworked individual. Compensation below average, even though they pride themselves in paying well.
