The lies, the hypocrisy and the abuse. It starts at the interview when you will be sold a job that doesn't really exist for a company that has big plans that also don't really exist. Content is all about being environmentally friendly but staff are not allowed to spend time recycling (even when they ask to) and so products are thrown in the garbage rather than emptied and recycled, given to staff or donated. Content is also all for female-empowerment but the women are so badly paid and there are no concessions made for mothers. You will never be able to do anything good enough. You will be shouted at. You will be called names.

No onboard Intro/training for new staff members, you are expected to know and get on with the business. Management not approachable when you ask questions. You are made to feel little and Incapable of your job, constantly making the staff cry on a regular basis. The work ethics are not reflective of the business. There is no Contentment or Wellbeing in the business. You are expected to stay back after office hours. You are constantly micromanaged and can not keep up with the constant mood swings and tantrums of the owner of the company. Owner lacks emotional well-being, staff are traumatised and constantly under pressure, workload and deadlines are nonsensical and unahievable.
