Cons
I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with Content Beta was so frustrating that I genuinely feel others deserve to know the truth before joining.
When I joined the CMO, Rishabh Pugalia - promised a certain pay structure. I worked extremely hard for two full months, and despite good performance, my internship was extended for another month for no valid reason. They said it was “based on performance,” but even after proving myself, the promise changed every time. After the third month, instead of the package discussed initially, they said, “You’ll get it after an interim appraisal - after 6 months.” Basically, every commitment kept shifting further away.
Then came the final blow - the pay dispute.
Before my last month, I decided to take my accrued leave which planned well before - the leave that was rightfully mine as per my offer letter and basic labour policy. I even spoke with the Finance/Accounts Department, and she clearly said, “If you have accrued leave, you can take it. Otherwise, it will lapse.” Based on that, I took the leave and informed them three days in advance — on Friday morning for Monday and Tuesday leave.
But after I took my entitled leave, they cut my pay and suddenly started saying, “No company allows leave during notice period.” This is completely false - even their own offer letter says I can.
And then, on top of that, they manipulated my last working day on their whim - just because I took a leave - to justify the pay cut. All this just because they didn’t want to admit their own inconsistency.
The entire experience felt like they were just finding ways to avoid paying what was rightfully mine. Every time I raised a valid point, the narrative was twisted. They don’t stand by their own policies, and decisions are made based on mood and convenience, not fairness.
So honestly, if you’re thinking of joining Content Beta, please think 100 times. They’ll praise your performance when it suits them and then change the rules when it’s time to pay you. Everything depends on whim - not on policy or professionalism.
This company will use your efforts, change their words, and leave you feeling exploited. I really hope no one else goes through what I did.
