Pros

I’ve been working at Content Beta for over a year, primarily managing SEO, website optimization, and the blog. What stands out immediately is how progressive and adaptable the company is. Every few months there’s a new tool, workflow, or experiment to play with and instead of limiting access, management actively encourages everyone to explore and learn. If you enjoy staying ahead of digital trends, this is the place to be. The exposure is unmatched. Projects come from B2B SaaS brands across the world (200+ SaaS cos.), and no two briefs are ever the same. One week you’re optimizing a landing page for a tech startup; the next you’re brainstorming keyword clusters for an enterprise video campaign. Because new types of projects come in frequently, there’s a natural rhythm of continuous learning that keeps you sharp. The team culture is incredibly hands-on. Even senior leaders roll up their sleeves to write copy, test analytics tags, or brainstorm creative angles. There’s zero “managerial distance.” Everyone, from designers to video editors to the founders themselves, contributes like a teammate rather than a supervisor. You never feel like you’re working for someone it’s more like working with everyone. Work-life balance is respected. Nobody pushes you to work weekends or late nights. Deadlines are tight but realistic, and there’s genuine appreciation for the effort you put in. Pay always arrives on time, and the leadership’s habit of documenting processes is a huge plus it keeps the company organized as it scales. Another thing I value is the client-first mindset. Sometimes you’ll see teams stay up late not because they were asked to, but because they care about making the client’s video or design perfect. That spirit of ownership drives the whole company. Twice a month, few of us join late-evening client calls to better understand their world which helps us deliver faster and smarter. Compared to competitors, our turnaround time and creative quality are seriously impressive.

Cons

The only con is that we’re fully remote. While that gives flexibility, I do miss the occasional face-to-face energy you get from being in the same room. We currently do one offsite a year, and I’d love to see two. Meeting everyone in person even briefly would make an already strong culture even stronger.

Pros

I joined Content Beta as a website developer. I handle most of our website revamp and development projects. We build on WordPress, HubSpot landing pages, Framer, and Webflow for clients across legal tech, B2B SaaS, automotive software, and service marketplaces. The work quality bar is high. Once, a client in AI had a last-minute website issue before an investor announcement — just two days away. For another, we fixed their old WordPress setup after hours of research. Since their current developer wasnt able to figure that out. This kind of ownership is common here. Everyone takes pride in doing things right, not just fast. The senior team is approachable and always ready to help. They appreciate good work publicly. The finance team is super punctual with salaries.

Cons

I wish we had more team syncs to share learnings. But it doesnt matter much since I am a self learnr.

Pros

Some learning exposure in the start Team members are cooperative

Cons

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with Content Beta was so frustrating that I genuinely feel others deserve to know the truth before joining. When I joined the CMO, Rishabh Pugalia - promised a certain pay structure. I worked extremely hard for two full months, and despite good performance, my internship was extended for another month for no valid reason. They said it was “based on performance,” but even after proving myself, the promise changed every time. After the third month, instead of the package discussed initially, they said, “You’ll get it after an interim appraisal - after 6 months.” Basically, every commitment kept shifting further away. Then came the final blow - the pay dispute. Before my last month, I decided to take my accrued leave which planned well before - the leave that was rightfully mine as per my offer letter and basic labour policy. I even spoke with the Finance/Accounts Department, and she clearly said, “If you have accrued leave, you can take it. Otherwise, it will lapse.” Based on that, I took the leave and informed them three days in advance — on Friday morning for Monday and Tuesday leave. But after I took my entitled leave, they cut my pay and suddenly started saying, “No company allows leave during notice period.” This is completely false - even their own offer letter says I can. And then, on top of that, they manipulated my last working day on their whim - just because I took a leave - to justify the pay cut. All this just because they didn’t want to admit their own inconsistency. The entire experience felt like they were just finding ways to avoid paying what was rightfully mine. Every time I raised a valid point, the narrative was twisted. They don’t stand by their own policies, and decisions are made based on mood and convenience, not fairness. So honestly, if you’re thinking of joining Content Beta, please think 100 times. They’ll praise your performance when it suits them and then change the rules when it’s time to pay you. Everything depends on whim - not on policy or professionalism. This company will use your efforts, change their words, and leave you feeling exploited. I really hope no one else goes through what I did.

Content Beta Response
7mo
Here is our response for everyone who is reading it: 1/ The disputed amount is less than $20 or Rs. 1800 — not a withheld stipend, but a prorated adjustment based on leaves / attendance clearly documented in our records. 2/ Given this was your first corporate job/internship after graduation, it’s important to understand the significance of contracts and adhering to agreed terms. We understand your disappointment may stem from not being offered a full-time position post-internship, at the compensation level you had requested. 3/ All terms were agreed upon in the signed internship contract, including stipend structure, performance expectations, and office timings. A detailed task-by-task Job Description was shared even before you joined. Clauses from your signed Offer Letter: Clause 1. Commencement of internship - "Your internship will be effective from 1st July, 2025 for the period of two months (with a possible 1-month extension) 1.1. Your stipend will be INR XX,000 per month. 1.2. If the period of internship is extended, then INR YY,000 will be paid for the third month. 1.3. Stipend disbursement date: 4th-5th of each following month. 1.4 This internship can convert into a full-time role (Marketing Associate) depending on your learning speed and how well you perform. We’ll assess that towards the end of the 2nd or 3rd month." Clause 2. Office Timings: Standard Working hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM". Our official work hours are stated clearly. It's not 10 AM – 6 PM. 4/ MOST IMPORTANT: I wish your next employer the best of luck. Using anonymous accounts to slander teammates on false grounds isn’t a skill any team would value.
