Working for Contech has pros and cons - there are many opportunities to work on initiatives where each one of us can control the outcome. We provide a service that is difficult and our clients expect a lot from us. The work is hard and at times frustrating but finding qualified candidates for our clients is very rewarding.

Staffing is a tough business. We provide IT staffing. Our screening process is very rigorous and sometimes more demanding than our clients.
