Poor managers, always growing work responsibilities, lagging salary growth.

- Great people to work with - Good office location - sodexo vouchers

- very low pay - extremely disorganized company, no one seems to know what strategy to follow - C-level dont really seem to communicate between them - HR is just a complete disaster. Any request can take months - People are constantly leaving and takes very long time to hire new ones - the global opportunities dont seem to exist for employees in the subsidiaries (containerships)
