Pros
Many of the workers are very friendly. The company has a lot of youth in it's supervisors. Give it 10 years and it will be booming.
Cons
It is a very old building that needs a lot of updating. Many of the machines are originals from when the company began 60 years ago. It is not kept very clean. Finger pointing happens alot.
