Pros

Majority of your coworkers have quit/been fired and brought back so they have enough experience to teach you everything that they don't teach you during training

Cons

Coworkers are a joke, as hiring managers are willing to hire absolutely anyone off of the street. Working with people who are visibly tweaking or openly talking about getting high after work is the norm. The whole building has outdated equipment and looks more like a pop-up shop than a legitimate business. You'll find this out during training because you'll have to do most of it on the floor, next to other reps who are trying to do calls, because training classes are always overbooked by 10+ people. Computers are regularly down and your trainer will be in and out of the room "fixing" things for 5 mins and talking for 20, while yelling at you to be productive...while your computer is down or you're locked out of the system. The first red flag will be when they call you as soon as you fill out an application and shove all the paperwork in your face for immediate hire as soon as you walk through the door. Waste of time. They wont keep you long enough to make any real money.

Pros

The company really does promote from within to a point. If you have any college education, and are good with people, you can go far.

Cons

They will never directly admit it, but you can not get past a supervising roll without a college degree. You can essentially run a department for years, but when they officially fill the management role, they will hire outside the company for someone with any degree instead of the person who has the work experience. Without a diploma you will never get a salaried management position in this company. An associates degree in art history will get you further than 20 years experience in customer service.
