      Pros

      Very friendly environment, lots of investment in learning, sharing and making job environment better and better. You can have good work / life balance. Modern desk and meeting room, pleasant office, several benefits.

      Cons

      Management is not really prepared for their role, lots of internal tension and unsaid things between them. Personal relationships often wins over taking rational decisions. Ceo is even too much involved in asking development
