Pros
As with most non profit companies you get to go home feeling like you are helping rather than hindering the world. Once you manage to attend a community event and begin networking you will feel like you are actually beginning to make a difference. You get to help people that really need it.
Cons
Crippling amount of reports. You will often find yourself completing 7-9 reports to various levels of management on a daily basis that will inevitably consume large amounts of time. Then will have a report demanded as to why you were unable to leave the office to attend community events although the reason is that 3 last second reports could be requested of you moments before you were to leave for a community event. Severe lack of communication between departments. Very low pay, Very high workload.
