      Nice employees Relax atmosphere Fairly casual dress

      Cons

      Consys started off as a great place to work but quickly turned into an extremely toxic environment due to the owner of the company yelling and mistreating employees. As it stands a majority of the company quit in less then a year and they refuse to higher anyone because their primary concern is their take home money. This company will never return to how it was until new leadership take over Also pays poorly

      Great team of techs Get to use and learn lots of systems Management will back you up when clients get abusive/abrasive.

      Cons

      Overbearing rigid management, does not ever want to hear what anyone has to say. If asked your honest opinion, do not give it.

      Highly skilled teammates to learn from. Fun variety of customers to support. Small team. Lots to learn and be included with.

      Cons

      Repetitive projects. High stress emphasis on technician utilization. Stagnant growth and personal development due to lack of realistic opportunities. Low comp.
