Pros

Great tools that every MSP needs to access client when remote, and to determine quick resolution. Team is communicative and supportive. I am always made to feel like a valuable employee.

Cons

Wish I could have worked with them longer, but personal circumstances would not permit.

Pros

I have spent many years working for large companies where it seemed I never saw the benefit of my work. This is a great place to actually see the difference you make. It is a fast paced environment that keeps the job challenging which is great for the person that hates being bored. The people are great and the owners really care about their employees. If you are looking for the job that pays but doesn't require you to work hard, this probably is not the place for. People are held accountable for taking ownership and doing their job which makes for a great team environment. Everyone has to carry their weight and work to consistently improve. Everyday provides the opportunity to learn something new and get your hands into new technology. They are very open to implementing new processes and have awesome tools to make the job easier and more organized.

Cons

Documentation has been an issue, but it is something with a great amount of effort being put into it. It's always tough when people complain it doesn't exist and yet when they learn something they fail to document it themselves.
