      Pros

      the company marketed superior products, management was open and attentive to employee concerns, good pay, excellent hours, clean environment, prior to downsizing the company offered great growth potential for employees.

      Cons

      I really have no negative feelings about he company, my only disappointment with the company is that the owner retired and the company was forced to downsize.

      Pros

      For management and administrative staff, you can pretty much do what you want and get away with murder... For me that was nice. There was a lot of flexibility and once in a while I'd meet a cool person working there.

      Cons

      The demographic of people they hire is so low-balled. Cars were frequently broken into in the parking lot. They try require you take "ethics courses" that were straight up teachings of L. Ron Hubbard - the creator of Scientology. The HR department was very lacking and played favorites a lot. There was an unfair pay scale for the people on the phones. The sales floor smelled horrible, also.
