      Overtime available Good pay, training is great

      Cons

      May be too fast paced for some, very busy and high stress position, mandatory overtime without being told in advance (sometimes day of) mandatory on call especially during storms

      Very friendly people always willing to help. Benefits are decent with a focus on safety and health. Flexible in-office, 3 days a week. Lots of opportunities to make a difference!

      There are some pockets of negativity from long-term employees who are struggling to adapt to change.
