      Pros

      CM has seen record growth which can be challenging and exciting at the same time. The growth has meant change which we all know is never easy. However, CM has kept their mission and vision to help people navigating the healthcare system get the best outcome possible the most important aspect of the business. The culture is mission-focused and execution is valued as it means more people can be helped.

      Cons

      As the organization grows people need to adapt and be nimble as change is constant.

      -The mission at ConsumerMedical is 100% what you look for when joining a company. -The current leadership is very transparent and is heading in the right direction in terms of growth and future success. -The people at ConsumerMedical are honestly the best. When I started at the company, everyone opened their arms and hearts and took me in as their own. It’s pretty easy to show up when you have such positive influences surrounding you!

      Cons

      Not all, but some legacy employees appear to be resistant to change.
