Pros

-Mission is good. -Has been in business for 85+ years

Cons

-Low salaries -Meritocracy is under valued. - Teams are not aligned and the matrixed org makes decision making slow and does not make sense. - Complaining culture is raising vs collaboration - Employees operate in fear of retaliation from management - Women are favored over men in the recent years in hiring, firing, and promotion decisions. Competent men were fired to retain women in the recent RIF. Women are taking advantage of this fact. - Staff needs to modernize - Executive leadership make decisions that does not make sense.

Pros

Passionate team members, and some of the new leadership are progressing the organization forward in a positive and true-to-itself way while also helping modernize. I also like that the new CEO spends much of his time (or says he does) listening to consumers, businesses, employees, and not just inside an ivory tower, which some other previous leadership at VP level did to the detriment of the company in the past.

Cons

Sometimes work with agencies too often and who are quite subpar in what they deliver
