Pros

Deeply important work that impacts every person on the planet, smart impact leaders, great work-life balance, good benefits.

Cons

Lack of internal transparency, recurring re-orgs and lay-offs to the point of it feeling ever present/possible, rift between legacy staff and newcomers, resistance to change, horrible inefficiencies in the ways of working that every staff person agrees exist but staff don't feel empowered to propose changes, hierarchical, slow moving.

Pros

Passionate team members, and some of the new leadership are progressing the organization forward in a positive and true-to-itself way while also helping modernize. I also like that the new CEO spends much of his time (or says he does) listening to consumers, businesses, employees, and not just inside an ivory tower, which some other previous leadership at VP level did to the detriment of the company in the past.

Cons

Sometimes work with agencies too often and who are quite subpar in what they deliver
