      Pros

      Schedule flexibility. One of the best HR personal, if it wasn't because of her understanding and being fair, I wouldn't have lasted this long.

      Cons

      Effort and knowledge for certain individuals from specific group will not be appreciated. Only go there if you want to be demotivated. People curse left and right in the lab. You have to beg for your raise.

      Good opportunity for learning experience.

      Cons

      Ebbs and flows of work. Sometimes extremely busy and sometimes not enough to do.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great, people are nice. Great way to get your foot in the door and gain work experience after college. Dental, 401K plan, PTO and vacation days provided.

      Cons

      High turnover rate, supervisors can be left unchecked and take advantage of employees. Stale, boring enviroment. No room for growth.
