      This is a fake review. We have no staff member with the title of Sample Management Technician. We have no staff member in the department that processes incoming samples that is a current employee and has only been with the company for three years. Our staff can take breaks and have a lunch period that they can take on or off site. Staff gets annual reviews for increases which is based upon performance and holiday bonuses. During the height of the pandemic, staff that was working on site were provided bonuses as well. Lon Weiss, Co-CEO

      Pros

      Schedule flexibility. One of the best HR personal, if it wasn't because of her understanding and being fair, I wouldn't have lasted this long.

      Cons

      Effort and knowledge for certain individuals from specific group will not be appreciated. Only go there if you want to be demotivated. People curse left and right in the lab. You have to beg for your raise.
