Service Coordinator - Service Coordinator Consumer Direct Care Network Employee Review

Pros

Paid Holidays, health insurance, work from home.

Cons

Was hired on to take care of a caseload back in 2022.However, the company took on more than they could chew so service Coordinators also have to do hire outreach and also have to run a call center on top of it. The turnover rate is high, the workload has increased due to staff leaving and so the ones that stay have to pick up the slack. The pay is okay however this job needs to be listed as a call center as having 400+ caseload and back to back calls from others not on your caseload is to difficult. It's just not realistic to run multiple jobs and workers get burnt out and leave.
