Pros

Very easy and straight forward work Good feedback given to excel at your job Promoting within Easy to get hired

Cons

There is a lot of turnover, like all other call center positions. Can be very pedantic when it came to rules and regulations on the calling floor. A lot of complaints coming from the employees.

Supervisors are easy to work with and are friendly. It was a good location for me, not too fare from home. Acceptable Wage

Cons

There are no benefits and hardly ever a raise in pay.
