8yFirst off thank you for your feedback. All responses are reviewed for future improvements with the company. The Glassdoor platform is designed for employees and potential employees to comment on all facets of a company. It is designed as such that all responses are reviewed by Glassdoor team members before going live making it impossible for a company to put up "fake" reviews as you state. This is something as a company we have learned from meetings with Glassdoor representatives through our long relationship we have had together. This is probably something you didn't learn in college and actually learn with real work experience. All of our ads outline the position we are in need of. A Marketing Assistant supports the work of marketing managers to develop and execute marketing campaigns. That is what we were looking for at the time as we launched our Best Buy/At&t store-in-a-store program.
