Pros

The team members generally are great people and knowledgeable. Good position in the legal market. Work at home.

Cons

High turnover. You are likely to be terminated without warning. Several employees have been let go suddenly with no prior warnings or meetings. Every day you will wake up wondering if you still have a job. If you work here make sure you save money and keep looking for the next job. They are unlikely to retain their best people because of low compensation and their lack of loyalty to employees. Anyone working there long term will see they have no job security and will start looking elsewhere. This leads to a brain drain on the company and a constant influx of inexperienced entry level employees. Compensation is very low for the industry. They will try to convince you that working at home makes up for that. It doesn't. Management will treat you like a friend. You aren't. You are a tool to be used and discarded. Long hours. They will want you to work longer hours but will say its OK to work 40 hours. It isn't. If you log the minimum 40 hours, get ready to be terminated without warning. Management is very unlikely to give you any feedback unless it is time to terminate you. Their culture is supposed to be career oriented and friendly. Truthfully it is a front. They don't care about you. They care about their profits.
