Pros
Consult Hyperion is a great place to work if you are a payment and security professional. It has a reputation and client list that is second to none for the size of company. As an employee, you are given a lot of independence, which makes it a great place to work if you are self motivated with a natural ability to deliver. There is very little company politics, with everyone working well together to deliver what the client wants.
Cons
As a smaller company, there is not the process and oversight that some people need / expect. Also, as most of the work is project driven, it is very easy to lose touch with other members of staff who are working on different projects.
