Great company, I felt like I was a a part of something important and I was proud to have helped them.

The pay was not so great. Upper management was very stingy about promotions/raises. They love their cars/boats/house. Owned by Mormons so the company had its own politics and atmosphere, as such.

The schedules are flexible and the location is good.

Processes aren't clear and no one seems to know what is going on.
