      Great team to who invest their time in helping you succeed Base pay + comms = very high Great CEO and CTO who take the time to meet with you Generous company which invests in your development Not a cut throat culture - you win as a team

      Cons

      Lack of structured training in onboarding but your team mates will spend a lot of 1:1 time with you to get you up to speed.

      Pros

      I hate to be that person, but this is probably the best company I have ever worked for. My team is outstanding! I feel challenged in all the right ways and have an incredible amount of support from my peers. If you are thinking about applying, don't thing, just do it!
