Pros

None. Except for a lousy paycheck. I have to write more to get this twenty word minimum so it can be posted.

Cons

Look up the reviews under ISqFt. All this company did was merge with other companies to get rid of competition and then lay people off, hire more people just to lay more people off, and the cycle continued. They viciously got rid of people who had been there for many, many years and replaced them with new younger and cheaper people who had no bad blood with these companies because they didn't know what it was like before. This used to be a really great place to work but now it is horrible. Management doesn't care about the employees or the customers. The employees are forced to lie to subscribers, professionals, and in the online planroom about information, which doesn't do anything but screw over the subscribers and then they wonder why the keep losing subscribers. Morale is extremely poor. The team meetings are stupid and pointless, and has gotten to where a 30-60 minutes long team meeting can be held just to discuss why we need to get someone's LinkedIn address, because apparently the real work we do isn't as important as these mediocre thing. This is just a mediocre company and any good review on here is posted by management to fool future employees, who won't last long anyways because once you've been here for too long and got a couple raises then you're out the door and replaced with someone who works for cheaper, not that this place pays much anyways. We used to see the CEO at least once a month but since the bald guy from Chicago took over, CEO stopped caring about the little guys and only caring about his fat paychecks, which won't last long anyways since this place is just going to continue going down and will be destroyed by lies and greed.

Pros

- Hybrid work environment - in the office 2 days per week. - Executive Leadership leads by example - they establish trust and transparency with their employees. They encourage employees to reach out to them via weekly email communication. - Company is on a growth path. They recognize the need to lean into new technology and work to bring the employees along for the journey - I had a major medical event and had to take a leave of absence -- I felt incredibly supported and welcomed when I returned to the office. It reinforced the "employee first" value.

Cons

The company is very large and spread out across many locations...you might not meet everyone in-person.

Pros

Working at ConstructConnect for over 11 years has been a truly rewarding experience, both professionally and personally. Starting as a Router and working my way to Technical Support Representative II, I’ve had the opportunity to grow my skills, build lasting relationships, and contribute to a company that genuinely values its employees and customers. One of the standout aspects of ConstructConnect is its commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. The company consistently evolves its products and services to meet industry demands, which keeps the work engaging and meaningful. As part of the technical support team, I’ve been able to stay on the cutting edge of construction technology while helping customers succeed in their own businesses. The team culture is another major highlight. Collaboration, respect, and knowledge-sharing are strongly encouraged, making it easy to learn from colleagues and feel supported in day-to-day responsibilities. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, which fosters a positive and transparent work environment. Over the years, I’ve also appreciated the opportunities for professional development. Whether through hands-on experience, training, or internal growth opportunities, ConstructConnect has supported my career progression and skill-building. Like any organization, there are occasional challenges—such as adapting to new systems or managing high workloads during peak times—but these are balanced by a strong support system and a shared commitment to success. Overall, I highly recommend ConstructConnect to anyone looking for a stable, forward-thinking company where you can grow your career, contribute meaningfully, and be part of a supportive team

Cons

Technical Support positions do not receive bonuses.
