      Good people in the back end office functions. Smart and dedicated.

      Cons

      Shared service entity that was never treated like a real company. CMGRP employees were always forgotten.

      Pros

      The connections and exposure that is available through the company's relationship with parent-company Interpublic Group (IPG) is fantastic and provides opportunities to network and interact with many brands, offices and colleagues.

      Cons

      The lack of "brand Identity" and sense of community within the office and company as a whole plays an important role when considering employment longevity and growth potential within the company.
