      Pros

      International and exciting environment, lots of nice and highly skilled individuals. Good salary, however not so good work life balance.

      Cons

      Poor culture, extremely high turnover in IT and various other (mainly central) departments. Second employee suryey in a row with very bad results revealing management problems and a high level of disatisfaction.

      Engineering and R&D staff extremely capable and consciousness

      Cons

      All direction is from the top down, and if a good idea doesn't come from above, Directors & Managers are not interested in pursuing it.
