      Great pay and benefits for my area.

      Cons

      Very hot at times, old equipment and facilities in areas of the plant that can be sometimes dangerous, lots of turnover at the production level which can cause poor performance, safety issues etc

      All direction is from the top down, and if a good idea doesn't come from above, Directors & Managers are not interested in pursuing it.
