Pros
As with most businesses, it comes down to the people. In the case of constellis, the people (other instructors) are incredible. A vast array of knowledge and experience combined with an obvious passion for the students. “We are not robots reading slides” is kind of the theme amongst the team which is so refreshing for this type of company
Cons
Some students are just doing this for the money and do not care one bit about the information given. This adds a level of stress for the instructors to keep/make them motivated. Painful amount of repetitive paperwork for each class. CYA is understood, but streamlining the documents would make it a lot less painful.
