Pros

Upper management really seems to care about the employees. Everyones opinion is valued as a professional in their field. The teamwork is amazingly smooth from what I have been witness to but I believe that is because there is an overwhelmingly large percentage of prior military employees and contractors. Salary ranges are very competitive and they offer a large array of various health, investments, and benefits coverage.

Cons

If you are not quick to adapt then you will not keep up with workflow as it can be intense. Lot's of changes as they have newly acquired companies that they are trying to mesh as one brand. It's probably just growing pains but it can be a bit confusing.

We appreciate your feedback. Teamwork is a critical factor in our success as a company. Constellis prides itself on being a Military Friendly Employer. In fact, a large portion of our 22,000+ employees are former military and/or law enforcement. We find that this prior experience is a great asset to Constellis and helps us better serve our customers. As you pointed out, Constellis aims to provide our employees with competitive compensation and benefits. Over the years, Constellis has grown quite a bit and acquired multiple companies. We are working to smoothly integrate the various companies and functions and believe we are on the right path. Pros

Long-term peer relationships built from trauma bonding

Cons

Limited benefits, below market pay, and more. It's difficult to see this company continue to gasp for air since at one point, things were turning the corner and positive changes were beginning to be made. The current leadership (especially in HR) is concerning. There is 0 culture. Don't speak up about mismanagement or favoritism - you will be managed out and/or placed on a PIP no matter what department you're in.
