We are happy to hear that you have noticed the efforts Constellis has made to improve benefits and the overall employee experience. As you likely know, Constellis has gone through many changes over the years, including numerous acquisitions. It has been a top priority to smoothly integrate the multiple companies and even though the process can be difficult, we have been making strides towards this end-goal. One of the many changes that Constellis has made to improve the employee experience is implementing a telecommuting policy. This is now a possibility pending manager approval, and depending on an individual’s performance, specific job position, along with departmental needs.
