Pros
There are a lot of great minions working throughout the bottom levels of this company. You'll bond with some over your misery, and help each other through. Healthcare is okay, rates shot up last year as did co-pays, but at least it's there?
Cons
Some departments are better than others, but many of the Senior Managers expect an awful lot without having any idea what's going on themselves. Don't bother trying to give feedback or make suggestions for improvement - it will either be ignored or rephrased and claimed as an original thought by a Senior Manager who will then get the praise - and raise, most likely. Corporate has become a revolving door of both employees and management - making everyone uneasy and inefficient.
