Pros
I've had nothing but a positive experience in my (almost) 5 years at Constellations. Before Constellations, I was a para in a school district and had hit a professional ceiling. There was no place for me to grow without going back to school for an expensive degree. I started working for Constellations part time in a client home after school to make some extra cash for my family. With some hard work, I've turned a part time job into a career within the Constellations admin team and have cherished every experience along the way. If you are looking for career growth in a clinical setting as a RBT, ABAI or BCBA -or- you're looking for an opportunity to follow along with some other strength/passion, Constellations is that company to make it happen for you. You will not find the level of professional support and development any other company in the area.

It's a small but growing company- there are hiccups from time to time, but nothing really notable.
