      Great culture - despite being spread across locations, the company makes a big effort to keep people feeling like they're part of one team Great benefits - salary is great, plus they provide several other benefits that go above what other companies provide

      Cons

      COVID put a damper on company events, but they're starting back up again!

      Pros

      Generous salaries, great benefits and perks, the Partners have an open door policy and truly care about their employees, monthly company outings, huge summer and end of year parties. The culture of the company make it a great place to work at!

      Cons

      Most employees work on different contracts so employee interaction is limited at times but the monthly company outings makes up for that.
