      - depending on the group, corp dev can involve business development (cold email, cold calls) to engage potential M&A leads - hours can be long during live deals - high pressure from shorter due diligence timeline

      Work life balance and comfortable.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for growth. Constellation asks a lot of it's portfolio companies but operates in a slow and bloated fashion.
