Pros

-The company offered generous PTO and wellness benefits -Pay is slightly above average for wine industry -Individual contributors were generally kind and wanted to do a good job -Beer side of the business may have a healthier culture (?)

Cons

-Constant churn and confusion -Departments never worked well together -Bloated management with layoffs every 4-6 months over a 3 year tenure -Continuous changes in strategy and process with no clear benefit -Leadership is focused on short-term stock gains over maintaining brand equity and long-term sustainability at a comedic level -People who may have done a decent job managing grocery brands have been put in leadership position in ultra-luxury markets -Lots of rumors that CBI will sell-off entire Wine & Spirits portfolio
