Pros
Good portfolio, good benefits. The company was very supportive during the first round of Covid. Plans for future growth are big.
Cons
Lots of blind worship of senior management. Everyone is afraid of losing their job. Interest is in hiring short-term young employees. Important and sometimes expensive decisions about the properties are made by people who do not work at the properties. Local input is not appreciated.
