Awesome administration, and really helpful people

There wasn't anything wrong with the internship.

Great mission, helps patients in need. The product has useful tests for people in need of additional therapy exercises.

Leadership shifts priorities constantly, long meetings that have no real outcomes, micromanagement from CEO, lack of clarity on company direction and progress towards goals. Also, the company has been trying to kick off and grow for several years and is always fighting from sinking. Product itself has lots of flaws but little resources to actually fix it. Not a fan of the CEO, and he's pretty closed-minded and difficult to relay feedback to. You really have to really love your work to make this a worthwhile experience.
