Job is fairly easy work, great if you like to communicate with multiple people from a variety of different backgroounds

Pay raises are never offered you will keep the same rate you came in with, use giving bonuses monthly as an excuse for pay raises to not be implemented. Your expected to put work life above home life (making overtime required, and implementing mandatory 6 day work weeks)
