Don’t Drink The Koolaid - Mechanic Constant Aviation Employee Review

Ethically challenged in a chaotic environment with a ton of turn-over. They have leads and supervisors less then 3-5 years out of A&P School. They are constantly in debt to basically all vendors. Their HR department will go to hiring events and try to poach people hiring for their own company. Don’t buy any Linkedin lies- mostly made up junk. The Culture is a giant false narrative.
