Cons
Organizational disaster with nonsense org-chart, some roles which are close to customers are being slaughtered and used as sacrifical beasts to cover for the failures of other key areas. Some senior managers have placed the roots and are negatively hindering a positive company revolution, while barely graduated with no experience are tasked with critical activities: risky.
Pro-active top contributors being slammed while mediocres keep going.
