Extremely disorganized. They tend to hire people with money or connections and near the end, I and many others felt taken advantage of . No real company benefits. Owners tend to be unprofessional and hold grudges.

It's possible to meet great people who are in the unfortunate same boat.

Unfortunately this company wastes its potential by thriving in disorganization. There is an incredible lack of structure and the owners micro manage you while throwing new tasks from all angles. They do not pay their salary employees overtime and could hardly remember receiving a "please" or "thank you". Owners carry out Employee Reviews but never offer pay raises, even if you've been there over a year. Owners are unprofessional by talking badly/making fun of former employees during work events. The company struggles to perform client services on time or the correct way as there is no stable design process in place. Their shop fails to produce furniture on time. They struggle to pay their vendors timely which can affect employee-vendor relationships. Turn over rate is extremely high.
