      Pros

      In all my years experience it's the best company I worked for. They offer REAL flexible hours working remotely.Best bosses and colleagues. Beautiful office and area. No counterproductive politics I had to endure for years. Lucky I found this job.

      Pros

      Good people so you enjoy your work relationships Small company that does not feel hierarchical Not too much pressure so you have freedom to write good code without being rushed No layoffs unless you are unprofessional or bad at your job You can speak to the senior devs, the President, the manager without a problem. Everyone is down to earth.
